Centrally located less than 30 miles from Washington, DC and Baltimore, Maryland, Annapolis Towne Centre at Parole will transform the older Parole Plaza into a new, 2.1 million square foot, mixed-use town center.

The wayfinding program established at this Mixed use development will consist of a comprehensive program encompassing the many needs and functions required by such a large and diverse project. Visitors will find navigation through the site to be fluid and without complication. The aesthetics of the program were inspired primarily by the local popularity of nautical activities.
