This mixed-use, open-air town center will contain over 1.2 million sf of leasable area when complete. Covering 500 acres, plans for Coconut Point call for 140 stores and restaurants, 90,000 sf of office space, and 200 luxury condominiums. 

The two-phased project contains extensive landscaping and hardscaping, including bridges and boardwalks, while providing pedestrian-friendly gathering places throughout the center.

Phase I was completed in November 2006 with Phase II  completed in February 2007.

ka is the Executive Architect and is responsible for the overall coordination of the project and all of its elements. The Jerde Partnership is the Design Architect.
