East Towne Mall, an existing one level mall in Madison, Wisconsin, recently underwent extensive renovation. Overall project improvements include a redesigned food court, new exterior entrances, and revitalized mall concourses. The renovation also includes a complete signage program inspired by the architecture and materials used for the new mall entrances.

The newly remodeled East Towne has enjoyed a renaissance in store traffic and sales, resulting in a tenant occupancy of more than 90% by year end and an increase in sales per square foot of almost 10% through the first quarter of 2004.
