An older industrial neighborhood in downtown Nashville is being transformed into a new  mixed-use, urban neighborhood complete with housing, restaurants, and retail space. 

ICON in the Gulch  is designed to appeal to urban dwellers seeking upscale residences with amenities such as landscaped terraces, a pool, and enclosed parking. 

Sitting atop 20,000 square feet of first floor retail, +/- 400 residential  units will be contained within mid- and high-rise towers.  A six-story parking structure will provide space for 880 vehicles.

Groundbreaking took place in March 2006 and the project is scheduled to open in Spring 2008.
