Completed in October 2006, the renovation of Northpark Mall consisted of renewal of the mall entries, concourses and lighting. Included in the mall entries was the creation of a new food court entrance.

Inside, the food court was redeveloped with a Route 66 theme that is seen throughout this portion of the mall.

Currently, the Montgomery Wards building is being reconfigured into two tenants. This part of the project is scheduled to be completed in the Fall of 2007.
