Settlers Ridge is a 600,000 square foot lifestyle center on 79 acres in Robinson Township, PA.

The open-air center will have approximately 300,000 square feet of specialty retail, including sporting goods, a bookstore, a fitness center and a 150,000 square foot Giant Eagle Market District. The remainder of the space will be devoted to restaurant and entertainment venues.

Plans include a 16-screen Cinemark theater with stadium seating, P.F. Chang’s restaurant and hotels.

The project will incorporate materials and construction styles commonly found in Pittsburgh business districts.

Settlers Ridge is scheduled to open Summer 2009.
