The Promenade Shops at Saucon Valley is an open-air lifestyle center, the first of its kind in the region, located in the heart of the Lehigh Valley.  Thoughtfully designed to integrate with its beautiful surroundings, this project features fashion stores, one-of-a-kind boutiques, restaurants, and a 16-screen, state-of-the-art movie theater.

Opened in October 2006, the center provides visitors with a comfortable busy Main Street atmosphere reminiscent of a downtown-style shopping experience.  The sidewalks are lined with old-fashioned lamps and cozy seating areas are interspersed throughout.

Tenants include an 83,000 sf Rave Theater, L.L. Bean, The Fresh Market, Barnes & Noble, Old Navy, and 250,000 sf of specialty retail shops.
