The Shoppes at Rio Grande Valley is a hybrid center with a lifestyle component.  It's modern design styling influenced by Mexican-infused texture and color relates well to the area it is situated in.

Due to the humid climate of the Gulf Coast, lush landscaping is prevalent at the site.  And environmental graphics and lighting are key elements to the design as they bring nightlife to a dark suburban area.

The power center is scheduled to open in Fall 2009.
