The 959,000-square-foot center is filled with upscale shops and restaurants, and anchored by Dillards and JC Penny department stores and a cinema. The eight-block area that forms the heart of the development is comprised of three distinct districts: the Main Street, the Lake District and the Village District. The look is eclectic, with a variety of materials, building massing and design zones that represent the scale and feel of a quaint Midwest town.

The Lake District is the jewel of the development—natural, organic and comfortable. It features four restaurants situated on a manmade lake and serves as a gathering place for the center. Diners can warm up at the fire pit and enjoy the thrill of the fire rings blazing from the lake in the evenings.

The project is scheduled to open in October 2007.
