This urban, mixed-use project comprised of an 11-story hotel and 9-story office over retail space. The retail portion of this project consists of approximately 31,800 sf of retail and approximately 373,000 sf of office space – both  to be completed in a three phase process. A green roof over the retail podium creates a common courtyard space between the towers. An underground parking garage will accommodate over 600 vehicles
